Man who dropped out of school in England due to lack of funds showers praises on Davido for supporting his education in Nigeria Financially, Davido replies. A man who dropped out of school in England due to lack of funds and returned to Nigeria, has graduated from a Nigerian University and he thanked Davido for partly funding his education.

The first class graduate took to Twitter to share what he calls his “Uni timeline”.

He wrote:

– left England because money no Dey Lagos
– mentor sets up a gofundme for uni
– @davido dropped funds to support my fundraiser (thanks to twitter folk )
– Resumed abuad and survived Nigerian education

David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known by his stage name as Davido is a famous Nigerian singer, songwriter, recording artiste, stage performer, model and a philanthropist. He was born on 21st November 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America to Chief Deji and Vero Adeleke. In 2011, Davido became highly famous in Nigeria after releasing the hit single “Dami Duro” a music that brought him to limelight. The music was well received throughout Nigeria. On 7th May 2011, Davido produced and released his first debut studio album “Back When” with hit single like “Dami Duro”. The album sold million copies in Nigeria and abroad. The singles from the album where topping at the MTV charts as of 2011.
